Refund-Return Policy

Return Policy:

Items received within 15 days;
Items unused, not in damaged or worn condition;
Items remain in original package.

Refund:

• We have to inspect all returned items when they arrive at our Warehouse. We can refund the cost of the merchandise & shipping, if the return is a result of our error or defective products.
•  If the return is not a result of our error, but you initiate a return within 15 days since the arrival date, we refund the full cost of items, but exclude the charge for delivery.
• You can expect your refund within 3 weeks after the returned items arrive at our Warehouse. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate 3 weeks because of returned product inspection at our Warehouse (5 business days), and Bank Transfer (5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.
